Cane Vodka-
Cold Killer- Cane Vodka,
Blood Orange juice lemon and lime.
Basil Blaster- Cane Vodka, muddled basil, muddled lime, bar syrup, agave
syrup, or cane syrup.
Grain Vodka-
Martini, add St Germaine to chilled martini glass, swish & dump. Shake
grain vodka and add to prepared glass.
Grain Vodka, soda water, cinnamon liqueur
O2No2- Grain vodka, good quality green tea, good quality honey, lemon
Pepper Vodka-
Hot Dog-Pepper vodka and pink grapefruit juice. Rimmed with
chipotle sugar. Very simple and excellent. White Grapefruit is not
the same. If pink isn't available sweeten with grenadine. Orange and
ginger garnish.
A pepper martini is also simple- No vermouth shake pour in martini
glass, rim with a slice of fresh ginger and add to glass.
Bloody Mary- Again, easy V8, celery salt, worcester, dash of dill
brine, squeeze of lemon (horseradish optional)
Mayan hot chocolate. hot chocolate with pepper vodka...surprisingly good.
White Rum-
White Rum, Muddled lime, cane syrup, soda water.
White Rum, Splash Kirschwasser shake and serve in Martini glass.
Gold Rum-
In rocks glass drizzle cane syrup around the outside of glass, pack with
ice , top with rum and add twist of lime,
Gold Rum, coffee, cream agave syrup
Vanilla Rum-
Vanilla Rum, Kahlua. Shake as martini and rim glass with ground Italian
roast coffee.-
Vanilla Rum, Mexican Coke, splash of grenadine
Vanilla Rum, Hot Apple Cider, Dash of clove and cinnamon stick
Wine Barrel Aged Rum-
Mauitini- Prepare fresh lime martgarita substituting wine bbl rum for
tequila and serve in martini glass.
Wine barrel Aged Rum and Q Tonic, (good quality tonic).
DD Whiskey-
We Like it by itself but...
Snowballl- Gosslings ginger beer and DD ( OK, I love ginger) garnish
with a ski pole of fruit.
Colorado Coffee-
Put a hearty pinch of brown sugar in a tulip glass,
add DD fill 2/3 with italian roast coffee and top with whipped cream.
+O-O ( downying/downyang) brewed Black Powder green tea, DD, Local
wildflower honey ( garnish with peppermint stick) dash of orange
bitters.
